You can pick up your rental car at any time of the day or night with a reservation; If you need to pick up a car by accident, please note that we need at least 5 hours notice to prepare your vehicle; if you request delivery to an address, the time is extended; What documents do I need to rent a car?
All licensed drivers must have a valid driver’s license, provide a post office address, a major credit or debit card in their name when paying with it. Driving licences issued by the Republic of Bulgaria must be presented with a control slip attached. In lieu of a ticket, you may provide a certificate that does not expire immediately prior to the date requested for return of the rental vehicle. The foreign driver’s licence must be issued by the country of residence of the hirer and additional driver. The foreign driving licence is only accepted for stays in the country of less than six months and against proof of the date of entry into the country /stamp of passport or boarding card/. Non-EU nationals must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) when hiring a car. If the driving licence of the SME is issued by a country not signatory to the Vienna Convention of 08.11.1968, it is necessary to present an International Driving Permit (IDP) or the original driving licence and a legalised translation thereof. What is included in the rental price?

Yes necessarily, we require the Renter to leave a Security Deposit when renting; it can be left in cash or blocked on a card; What is the amount of the Deposit and how is it determined?
The size of the Security Deposit is pre-determined, you can see it in Rates; Double deposit is required when renting a car from ” young drivers ” HERE / TERMS, AGE SCHOOL STAGE AND CAR RENTAL/, going abroad and single cases at the discretion of the manager; Do I have to leave the Deposit with a card?

Can I smoke in the rental car?
Smoking in the rental car is prohibited; failure to do so will result in a 50€ fine;

Can I take the car abroad?
Yes, you can visit neighbouring countries with our cars, the minimum rental period in this case is 7 days; a “Foreign” fee is charged – 50€ one time and 40€ for each subsequent country; You must request this wish in advance so that the necessary documents can be prepared;
What happens if I take the car abroad without warning?
You are not allowed to go out of the country with the rented car unless it is written in the contract and the appropriate fees are paid; in case of unauthorized exit you will be charged with a 500€ fine;

If you become involved in a road accident, call our office promptly to report the incident; obtain all necessary documents from the official authorities, draw up a bilateral report if necessary. Do I have to leave a security deposit when I rent a car?

If you have not paid the full SCDW+TP cover, you will be liable for an administration fee of €40 in the following cases: theft, damage, accident, any incident involving the hire car, regardless of the cause of the event and whose fault it was;
What is not covered when purchasing SCDW+TP cover?
Full cover does not cover,i.e. it can not cover you for loss of keys, documents, damage, loss or theft of number plates, loss, damage to wipers, windows, lights and damage to the undercarriage of the car, damage and shortages to the interior; damage to tyres, wheels, wheel trims when not caused by fire or accident ascertained by a Police report; damage resulting from use of the car as a result of the prohibitions in article 27 of the Rental Agreement;the purchase of full coverage does not relieve you of the obligation to promptly notify BestDeals Rent a car of an occurrence and to obtain and provide a Police Report, Cat , in the event of theft or damage;
What do I have to pay if the vehicle has a damaged part and full cover has not been purchased?
In the event of any damage, loss or theft to the vehicle or any part thereof, including but not limited to fire or glass breakage, resulting from the Hirer’s culpable conduct, the Hirer shall pay the Landlord compensation of €100.00 for each damaged part, including the cost of hiring the replacement vehicle, the cost of return, loss of profit and rent. If I cause an accident through no fault of my own, but have full SCDW+TP cover how much am I liable for?
We at BestDeals Rent a car encourage proper driving and compliance with the Road Traffic Act as well as its Implementing Regulations.
